Are you ready to dive into robotics? In this class we’ll discover the limitless possibilities of a robotic vehicle built with the Arduino, an open-source hardware and software platform that makes interactive projects possible. Students will utilize a fun and functional SparkFun Kit for RedBot, which is a great way to learn about two-motor robotics and sensor integration using the Arduino programming language. You will use Arduino programming to complete nine circuits that will teach you how to drive your RedBot, program it to follow lines, control it remotely, and more. Some basic programming knowledge is recommended, but not required. A $120 materials fee incorporated into the price of this class entitles you to bring home your very own programmable and expandable robot!
